Patrick has worked his entire career passionately representing everyday people who have been severely injured. He handles cases in state and federal courts across the country, including extensive experience representing injured railroad employees (FELA), injured seaman (Jones Act), and the victims of vehicle and trucking wrecks.

For his impressive legal work, Patrick has been chosen for inclusion in the highly-selective Super Lawyers. He is an aggressive advocate for the injured and has recovered millions of dollars for his clients by treating each case like it is his own.

Patrick’s recent success includes a $4.5 million jury verdict for the family of a seaman who drowned on his employer’s sinking vessel.  He has also recently recovered $2.25 million for a seaman who lost his foot in a rigging accident; $1.2 million for a pedestrian struck on a rural highway; and, $1.05 million jury verdict for a workplace thumb injury.

Patrick received his law degree from St. Louis University School of Law, where he graduated near the top of his class and received a Certificate in Health Law from the nation’s leading health law program.

Outside of work, Patrick has spent time volunteering representation for victims of domestic violence and has volunteered at Stray Rescue, a non-kill animal shelter dedicated to serving abused and neglected pets.

Patrick, his wife, Kimberly, and their two children, Jack and Eleanor, are active in the Autism Speaks community, including the annual Autism Speaks Walk.
