Kenny is founding and managing partner of the firm. He is a highly skilled trial lawyer with over 45 years of experience advocating for his clients. Throughout his career, he has successfully recovered millions of dollars for clients who have suffered personal injuries in a variety of cases, including automobile collisions, trucking negligence, product liability, and premises liability. Kenny is a tireless worker and passionate about his clients. He makes himself available to his clients, day or night. Kenny’s results have led to many satisfied clients. In addition to his personal injury practice, Kenny has developed special expertise in family law and has distinguished himself as one of Virginia’s elite family law attorneys. He has been a member of the Board of the Family Law Section of the Virginia State Bar, a member of the Family Law Coalition which is on the cutting edge of trends and changes in family law, and a lecturer on topics related to family law with the Virginia State Bar Continuing Legal Education program.Kenny is also an active member of the community. He served on the Newport News School Board for eight years, including two years as Chairman. In 2010, the Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities presented Kenny with the Peninsula Chapter Humanitarian Award for his personal commitment to the promotion of respect and understanding among people of diverse racial, ethnic, and religious backgrounds.
